Easy Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

Here is the recipe for small “Jumer’s” like cinnamon rolls

1 pkg dry yeast
1 T sugar
1/4 c lukewarm water
1 stick butter, melted
3 c Bisquick
1/2 c water
sugar/cinnamon mixture (1/2 c sugar & 1 tsp cinnamon)
Mix sugar and warm water.  Add yeast and let rise 5 minutes.  Add Bisquick and water.  Mix and form a soft ball.  Divide into 4 sections.  Roll each section to 4×12 inch.  Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture.  Roll up lengthwise.  Put on buttered 11×17 pan and cut into 1 inch rolls, (do not turn over).  Brush butter on top and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

If the dough is a little sticky, add more Bisquick.
