1/4 cup mayo
1 tsp bistro sauce, or dijon mustard
1/2 tsp Penzey’s chip & dip seasoning or substitute garlic powder to taste
1 green onion, chopped
1 or 1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese (we prefer Jarlsburg)
Mix all ingredients except cheese. Stir in cheese and refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve with crackers.
